Justina has more than 12 years of legal and compliance experience working in both in-house (banking sector) and law firms (biggest Baltic law firms, leading Fintech team). She accumulated vast experience in Fintech, financial services and regulation, investment services, compliance, banking litigation. She was also acting as a Chief Compliance Officer and Country Manager of top5 Fintech company in Lithuania, providing payment services to its clients internationally

Shiko Haim

Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer

Shiko has almost a decade of Operational and Financial experience. In his record He was acting as Chief Financial Officer of Fintech company and also a Chief Operations Officer and Member of the board of top5 Fintech company in Lithuania. Shiko is an operations executive and business professional, who concentrates finding innovative ways to increase revenue. Shiko holds a B.A in Business Administration and Accounting, and he is a licensed CPA.

Justina Niurkaite

Anti Money Laundering Manager

Justina led transaction monitoring teams and acted as MLRO for over 7 years. She conducted internal investigations on high-risk clients, made decisions on SARs/STRs, and communicated with state authorities. Justina also designed policies and procedures, managed record-keeping, and oversaw due diligence on customers and clients. She trained and managed the monitoring department for a top 5 Fintech company in Lithuania.
